Banana Lassi
1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt)
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela)
2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste
1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) optional
Few Ice-cubes
How to make the Banana lassi:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender. Add the ice cubes last, adjust to your preference of liquidity. Pour in glasses with straws and serve chilled.
